Conflicto de competencia suscitado entre el Juzgado Segundo de Ejecución de Penas y Medidas de Seguridad de Medellín y el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Sopetrán.
Luego de revisar el asunto considera la Corte, que el despacho judicial competente para resolver la solicitud de amparo formulada es el de la ciudad de Medellín, a quien dispone remitir el expediente para que de manera inmediata le otorgue el trámite que corresponda y adopte la decisión de fondo a que haya lugar.

- PRIMERO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto del 15 de abril de 2016 proferido por el Juzgado
- Segundo. de Ejecucion de Penas y Medidas de Seguridad de Medellin, dentro del expediente ICC-2442.
- SEGUNDO. REMITIR el expediente ICC-2442 al Juzgado
- Segundo. de Ejecucion de Penas y Medidas de Seguridad de Medellin, para que, de manera inmediata, le otorgue el tramite que corresponda y adopte la decision de fondo a que haya lugar dentro de la accion de tutela formulada por la senora Sonia Agudelo Higuita en contra de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Atencion y Reparacion Integral a las Victimas.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR que, por Secretaria General, se comunique la decision adoptada en esta providencia a las partes y al Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Sopetran (Antioquia).
